A Bill

To allocate funds to the Environmental Concerns Sub-committee to purchase six cigarette receptacles.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT SENATE OF CAPITAL UNIVERSITY:

Section 1.

That the purchase of additional cigarette receptacles will encourage students to stop littering their cigarette butts, thus enhancing the environment and beauty of our campus.

Section 2.

That the amount of $425.00 shall be allocated to the Environmental Concerns Sub-Committee to use for the purchase of six cigarette receptacles to be placed strategically on campus

Section 3.

That the cigarette receptacles being purchased will be set up and maintained by the Physical Plant.

Section 4.

That the said funds left over from the designated money are placed back into the General Fund.
