Who are we?
University
Programming (UP) is a fast-paced, student-centered organization
that is always offering something new and exciting. We plan and
implement fun events for everyone to enjoy while at Cap. We are
dedicated to ensuring that these programs are high quality, creative
and diverse.
We
offer everything from comedians, to concerts to our own versions
of popular game shows every Wednesday night as a part of
Wicked
Wednesdays.
Another
regular event is first-run movies shown on campus every other weekend.
We even provide the popcorn!
Some
of the larger events we plan include Homecoming and Kids and Sibs
Weekend, and Back at Cap.
How can you
get involved?
UP
is always looking for fun, energetic and creative students. There
are two ways to become involved with UP.
-
Sign
up to be a UP volunteer!
Volunteers assist in the management of the programs and get
to meet performers and have fun.
-
Be
a member of the UP Board!
Board members meet weekly to originate and plan fun programs
for the entire campus.
Do
you like to spend other peoples money? Join UP! Drop by the SAO
and chat with a staff member about becoming involved.
