Health and Physical Education

As a school, Capital University is firm in its commitment to academic excellence and its preparation of students in life-long learning and service. The Department of Health and Sport Sciences is no exception.

Students wishing to pursue degrees in Health and Physical Education will find a dedicated and experienced faculty, with specialization in the areas of health, nutrition, physical education and adapted physical education.

In addition, students can pursue degrees in either Health Education, Physical Education or both. The partnership between the Department of Health and Sport Sciences and the Education Department at Capital University provide the student with an excellent background in pedagogy and a multitude of outstanding school systems in which students can gain observation and teaching experience.
