Criteria for Entry into MSN Fast Track

Second semester junior in nursing

A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better
-
Advisor recommendation
MSN Fast Track

Up to 3 of the following graduate courses (9 semester
hours) may be taken while finishing the BSN program:
N500
- Advanced Statistics
N510 - Nursing Theories
N520 - Nursing Research
N530 - Nursing Informatics

Undergraduate credit is given as follows:
N500
- Statistics (Psych 210 or Math 211 or Math
215)
N510 - Elective Credit
N520 - Nursing Research (N409)
N530 - Elective Credit

Upon admission to the graduate program, all N500 level
courses transfer for graduate credit.
Admission Criteria for the MSN Program
- Completion
of a BSN program.

Current RN licensure.
- Minimum
overall 3.0 GPA in graduate courses and a minimum
of B in each graduate course.
- Writing
sample.

Resume.

Completed application.

Three professional references.
