STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD
Capital University photo I.D. cards are necessary in order to gain library privileges at the Capital University Library, to use campus computers, and to participate in Book Buyback at the Capital Bookstore. In order to obtain your I.D. card, you must be enrolled in a University of Dayton graduate class on the Capital campus.
There is no fee for the original ID card. Replacements are $15.00, regardless of whether the card is lost or stolen. The fee must be paid at the Capital University Finance Office in Yochum Hall. The receipt must be presented to the IT department in order to receive a replacement card. There is no fee for replacing broken cards, as long as all of the name, ID number, and photo are present and readable on the broken card.
